Designed around the person behind the program

Your real job is already full-time. The event should not become a second one.

You may have been handed an annual meeting, incentive trip, executive summit, leadership retreat, conference, or corporate event because you are organized—not because event logistics are your profession.

That is exactly where Of MICE and Meetings fits: beside you, quietly building the structure, asking the questions, and helping you present every decision with confidence.

How it works

Bring the program. Leave with a path forward.

Clear enough for leadership. Detailed enough for vendors. Calm enough for you.

01

Tell me what landed on your desk.

You do not need a finished brief. Bring the dates, the people, the destination—or simply the problem you have been asked to solve.

02

We turn it into a workable plan.

I organize the questions, source the right partners, surface the tradeoffs, and build the documents that move the program forward.

03

You make confident decisions.

You stay informed without living in the details. Leadership gets clear recommendations, attendees get a smooth experience, and you stay in control.

04

Walk in prepared.

Your timelines, partners, travelers, and contingency plans are connected before the event begins—with on-site support added only when it truly helps.

Meet your logistics architect

The experienced colleague you wish were sitting beside you.

I'm Stephanie Murray, Principal of Of MICE and Meetings and a Logistics Architect for corporate meetings, incentive trips, executive programs, and events.

My background is in the practical, high-stakes side of corporate events: sourcing the right hotel, moving travelers smoothly, connecting attendee information, and creating the plans that keep a program from relying on memory or luck.

I built Of MICE and Meetings for the person inside a company who becomes responsible for a corporate program—often without an internal meeting or event department behind them. You remain the trusted internal lead. I become the specialist quietly strengthening every decision.

Good questions are welcome here

A few things clients usually want to know.

01Do I have to hire you to manage the entire event?

No. Most clients begin with one high-pressure piece—often hotel sourcing, transportation, registration, or contract support. The engagement can stay focused or expand as you need more help.

02Are you a full-service event planning company?

Of MICE and Meetings is built differently. The focus is the logistics infrastructure behind successful corporate meetings, incentive trips, executive summits, conferences, retreats, and special events: venue, travel, movement, attendee information, vendors, and documentation. Full program management and on-site support are available when the program calls for them, but they are not the required starting point.

03Can you support programs outside New York?

Yes. Of MICE and Meetings is New York based and supports corporate meetings, incentive trips, executive programs, conferences, retreats, and events across the United States and internationally.

04When should I reach out?

As soon as the program becomes real enough to create questions. Early involvement creates more venue leverage and more travel options, but a perfectly formed brief is not required.

05Do you provide travel or event insurance?

Travel protection options are available for individual travelers and eligible small groups, subject to plan eligibility and availability. Event Insurance is coming soon; Of MICE and Meetings does not currently offer, quote, sell, or bind Event Insurance.

Your next step can be simple
