This website is owned and operated by Of MICE and Meetings LLC, a New York limited liability company. Its content is provided for general business and informational purposes. It is not legal, tax, financial, or risk-management advice and should not be relied on as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.

We work to keep the website accurate, but information may change and may occasionally contain an error or omission. Website content may be updated without notice.

Service engagements

Visiting this website, sending an inquiry, or requesting a proposal does not create a client relationship or obligate either party to proceed. Services begin only after scope, fees, terms, and responsibilities are confirmed in a written agreement or accepted proposal.

If website copy conflicts with a signed client agreement, supplier contract, insurance policy, or plan document, the signed or issued document controls.

Professional boundaries

Contract support, commercial observations, negotiation assistance, and risk-related questions are provided from a meetings and logistics perspective. They do not constitute legal advice, insurance advice, tax advice, or a legal opinion. Clients should consult appropriately qualified legal, tax, insurance, or other professional advisers regarding their rights, obligations, coverage needs, indemnification, regulatory requirements, and other specialist questions.

Pricing & compensation

Website prices are starting points, not binding quotes. Final fees depend on the confirmed scope, attendance, program length, destinations, vendors, lead time, complexity, and level of responsibility assumed.

Of MICE and Meetings may receive commissions, referral compensation, or other supplier-paid compensation in connection with eligible hotel, transportation, travel, activity, or insurance bookings. A supplier commission does not apply to every booking. Direct professional fees may also apply and will be identified in the applicable proposal or agreement.

Third-party suppliers

Hotels, airlines, transportation companies, destination partners, activity providers, insurers, and other vendors are independent third parties. Their products and services are governed by their own contracts, rules, cancellation terms, privacy practices, and operating decisions.

Of MICE and Meetings coordinates and advocates within the agreed scope but does not control a supplier's inventory, pricing, schedule changes, service performance, claims decisions, or acts and omissions. No particular rate, concession, availability, or outcome is guaranteed unless confirmed in the applicable written agreement.

Air travel

Airfares, schedules, connection times, seat assignments, upgrades, baggage rules, ticket restrictions, and change or cancellation terms are controlled by the applicable airline and may change before or after ticketing. Tickets are also subject to the carrier's fare rules and contract of carriage.

Of MICE and Meetings cannot guarantee flight schedules, seat assignments, upgrades, connection times, or uninterrupted travel. Travelers are responsible for promptly reviewing names, dates, routes, and other reservation details and reporting any error.

Travel & event insurance

Travel Protection — available now

Travel insurance options may be available for individual travelers and eligible small groups, subject to eligibility, destination, residence, jurisdiction, plan availability, and applicable law. Insurance products are provided and underwritten by third-party insurers. Of MICE and Meetings is not an insurance carrier and may receive compensation when coverage is placed, where permitted.

Website summaries do not create coverage. Benefits, terms, conditions, limitations, exclusions, and claim procedures are governed exclusively by the issued policy or plan documents. Coverage is not effective until enrollment is completed, accepted when required, payment is made, and confirmation is issued.

Travel insurance is optional. Travelers and organizations should review the full plan documents and determine whether a product is appropriate for their circumstances. Claims and coverage determinations are made by the insurer or designated claims administrator, not by Of MICE and Meetings.

Any producer, licensing, compensation, or transaction-specific disclosure required by applicable law will be provided separately at or before the applicable point in the insurance transaction. This website does not replace those disclosures.

Event Insurance — coming soon

Event Insurance is a planned future service. Of MICE and Meetings does not currently offer, quote, sell, or bind Event Insurance. A website inquiry, discussion, proposal request, or reference to the future service does not create, reserve, or guarantee coverage.

Traveler responsibilities

Travelers remain responsible for reviewing and satisfying passport, visa, entry, transit, vaccination, health, security, and other destination requirements that apply to them. Government rules and supplier schedules can change with little notice. Travelers should verify current requirements through official government and supplier sources before departure.

Results & website liability

Of MICE and Meetings does not guarantee attendance, savings, revenue, performance, supplier concessions, upgrades, availability, or any other specific program outcome. Examples, testimonials, and prior results describe individual circumstances and are not promises of future results.

This website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Of MICE and Meetings is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising solely from reliance on this website or from the unavailability of the site. Liability relating to contracted services is governed by the applicable written client agreement.
